Find out what AI actually says about your clients
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overview are answering questions about every brand you manage right now. Dorqa shows you what they say, who they cite instead, and which prompts you are missing entirely.
Every number on this page came from a real run.
No index size claimed. Dorqa queries the engines directly and prints the date on every result.
See who the engine cites instead of you
Run any query in your client's category and Dorqa returns the domains an AI engine actually cited to build its answer, with a count for each. It is the citation equivalent of a backlink gap, and it usually tells you what to write next.
- Cited domains ranked by how often they appear in the answer
- Mentions gained and lost across twelve months
- Per target, per platform, per market, never blended
- Timestamped, cached 30 days, with a Force refresh control
We ran best aeo tool against Google's AI Overview. Combined search volume 53,630 across the queries behind those 18 mentions. The domains it cited were YouTube, Coursera, Semrush and HubSpot Academy, video and courses, not one definitional answer.
Nobody owned the answer for our own category. That is a content brief, and Dorqa is what found it.
Google Search Console
$0 API costRead your own Search Console for AI-shaped demand
Question-shaped and conversational queries behave differently from head terms. Dorqa reads the Search Console property you already have and separates them, so you can see the demand you are already receiving before you pay for any data.
- Uses the client's existing GSC property, no tag to install
- AI-style, informational and advisory queries split out
- Labelled $0 API cost, because it is your own data
- Runs on a prospect's property the moment they grant access
Watch specific prompts, and find the ones you are missing
Pick the prompts a buyer would actually type and track them over time. Visibility Gap works the other way round: it surfaces the queries in the category where the brand should appear in the answer and does not.
- Track named prompts rather than guessing at coverage
- Gap view turns absence into a prioritised list
- Web Mentions refreshes daily: 3 terms on Starter, 10 on Pro, 25 on Agency
- Everything exports for the client report
- OverviewEvery AI surface for one project on one screen
- Search ConsoleYour own GSC data, read for AI-style queries
- AI OverviewOne query, live: the answer and who it cites
- AI Brand MentionsTwelve months of who gets cited for one target
- Web MentionsWhere the brand is being written about, refreshed daily
- Prompt TrackerSpecific prompts, watched over time
- Visibility GapThe queries you should appear in and do not
- AI KeywordsThe question-shaped terms behind AI answers
What this actually means
AI visibility is whether a brand appears inside the answer an AI engine generates, and which sources that engine cites to build it. It is measured per engine, per query and per market, because the same question asked of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overview returns four different answers drawn from four different source sets.
It is not rank tracking
Rank tracking answers where a page sits on a results page. AI visibility answers whether the brand is in the generated answer at all, and which domains were cited instead. Those are different measurements, and one does not predict the other.
It is not brand monitoring
Monitoring counts mentions published across the open web. AI visibility is what an engine reproduces when a person asks it a question. A brand can be written about widely and still be absent from the answer.
It cannot be inferred from your rankings
The set of sources an engine cites is its own list, assembled at answer time. In our own run on best aeo tool, that list was video and course platforms. The only way to know a citation set is to look at it.

Before you start
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overview. Each result is stored per target, per platform and per market, so a brand tracked in India and the US is two separate records rather than an average of the two.
Rank tracking tells you what position a page holds. AI Visibility tells you whether the brand appears in the answer at all, and which domains got cited instead.
Every result carries the timestamp it was collected. Results are cached for 30 days per target, platform and market, and a Force refresh control re-runs a specific query. The Search Console surface reads your own connected property, so it costs nothing.
No. Connect the Google Search Console property you already have for the Search Console surface. The rest works from the brand and the queries you enter.
