Explore the questions behind a prompt.
Turn a question into related query ideas across research, comparisons, alternatives, and buying decisions. Use the map to spot what your content may need to answer.
Check query ideas against real search data.
Upload a Google Search Console query export (CSV) or a keyword CSV. Dorqa matches generated ideas to queries in your file and shows metrics only when those columns exist. The file is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded.
GSC exports often include Query, Clicks, Impressions, CTR and Position. Keyword exports may include Keyword and Search Volume. Missing metrics remain unknown; a query absent from your file is not proof of zero demand.
Treat fan-out as a research map, not search-volume data.
Related queries can help you think through the sub-questions behind a broad prompt. Check the ideas against real search results, People Also Ask, customer language, and your own visibility data before prioritising them.
About the Fan-Out Explorer
When an AI assistant answers a broad question, it often splits it into smaller related searches and combines what it finds. Google has described this approach for AI Mode. This tool helps you map the related questions an answer on your topic may need to cover.
No. The ideas are generated in your browser from templates and transparent rules. No AI platform publishes the searches it runs for a given answer, so treat the list as a research map, not a record.
No. Your CSV, topic and brief are processed in your browser and never sent to Dorqa. We count anonymous usage events, such as how many ideas were generated and whether a CSV was loaded, to improve the tool. Those events never include your topic, brief or file contents.
Open Performance, then Search results, and choose Export, then Download CSV. Google gives you a zip file. Unzip it and upload Queries.csv.
The exact query is not in the file you uploaded. That is not proof of zero demand. Search Console exports are capped at 1,000 rows and only include queries where your site already appeared.
When you upload a CSV, the tool also lists real queries from your file that contain your topic words, with their metrics. They come from your data, not from the generator, and they are unticked until you choose them.
Each idea is checked against three things from your brief: what the business sells, who the audience is, and your goal. Every label shows its reason, and you can override any label. A brief that says what the business sells, such as training, consulting or software, gives sharper ratings.
Relevance is rated by matching words, not by understanding meaning. It does not recognise other companies’ brand names, so a query for another brand’s product can be rated High. Use the override for those. Subtopics and comparisons come from a small built-in topic list, so less common topics get fewer ideas. The tool shows no search volume of its own, and it only shows metrics that are in the file you upload.
It is free and needs no signup. You only need a Dorqa account if you want to track your prompts across AI assistants over time.
Yes. Copy the selected queries, or download them as a CSV with each query's group, relevance label, reason, and any metrics from your file. Missing metrics stay blank, never zero.
